Forget about pizza crust! In this lovely frittata version you have all the flavors you know from classic pizza. You can swipe out the bacon for pepperoni or another tasty topping.
Preheat your oven with grill function on the highest heat.
Heat the butter in the skillet on medium-high, add mushrooms and onion and fry until vegetables are soft (around 5min).
Whisk together eggs, oregano, garlic and tomato paste and add the mixture to the skillet.
Using silocone/wooden spatula, pull the set eggs away from the side of the pan, tilt the pan, and allow uncooked eggs to run to fill the edges. Cook until the eggs are set.
Put mozzarella on top of the eggs ans place the skillet in the oven for around 10 min (until the cheese melts and slightly browns). Cut and serve.
