As I mentioned HERE, last weekend our kitchen looked as if La Tomatina participants had moved to us for the after party;) Situation, that our kitchen turned into tomato compound, hat to be used as best as possible!
What does it mean? The fact, that stopping at ketchup would be a bit crazy and foreshadow the next tomato battle (which is not so inevitable looking at the number of inquiries about ordering 🙂 ).
Today, however, the treatise is a bit shorter, because it is about peeled tomatoes. You probably buy them in supermarkets, because you don’t know how easy it is to make them at home!

Peeled tomatoes – if you know this simple recipe, you will never buy them in a store!
Ingredients
Instructions
-
We cut off the stalks, gently cut the tomato (cross cut) and burn in boiling water about 30 seconds. We peel.
-
We put the prettiest tomatoes in a jar. We blend the remaining tomatoes, season lightly with salt and pour tomatoes with such a sauce.
-
We add bay leaf and allspice for aroma. You can add a sprig of fresh thyme or basil.
-
We pasteurize (20min).
